A Club aimed at getting more people from Warrington back into work is due to restart on 26th September.
Founded in 2009 by David Mowat, now the Member of Parliament for Warrington South, the Club has helped 400 local people either find a job or start their own business. In previous years, 85% of participants have returned to work or training. Each participant is assigned a local entrepreneur as a mentor to help them on their journey.
The course lasts for 12 weeks and those who attend all the sessions will gain an ILM Level 2 award in leadership skills. Places are limited. To book one, please email email@example.com or call Anna on 01925 231267.
David Mowat MP said:
“I’m delighted by the number of people that the Jobs Club has been able to help back into work over the course of 6 years. Having got to know a number of the participants over that time, I know how much they want to be able to work in order to provide a secure future for their families.
“I’d encourage anyone who is looking to get back into work to give the club a go.”
